目的:建立益生胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对黄芪、女贞子、淫羊藿、补骨脂进行定性色谱鉴别;采用双波长薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的含量,以三氯甲烷-甲醇-水(13∶7∶2)下层溶液为展开剂,10%硫酸乙醇溶液显色,λ_s=530 nm,λ_R=700 nm。结果:黄芪、女贞子、补骨脂、淫羊藿的定性鉴别专属性强;黄芪甲苷点样量在2.588~7.764μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.997 7,平均加样回收率为99.70%(RSD=3.26%,n=6)。结论:本方法定性定量准确、可靠,可用于控制益生胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality control method of Yisheng capsule. Methods: Astragalus membranaceus, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Epimedium, Psoralen were identified by TLC. The content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by double-wavelength thin-layer scanning. : 7: 2). The lower solution was developed with 10% sulfuric acid solution and developed with λ_s = 530 nm and λ_R = 700 nm. Results: Astragalus, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Psoralen, Epimedium qualitative identification of strong specificity; Astragaloside spotting volume in the range of 2.588 ~ 7.764μg good linear relationship, r = 0.997 7, the average recovery was 99.70% (RSD = 3.26%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is qualitative and quantitative accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of probiotics capsules.
