2015年10月13日,中央全面深化改革领导小组第17次会议审议通过《深化国税、地税征管体制改革方案》(以下简称《方案》)。近日,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅正式印发《方案》并向社会公布,充分体现了党中央、国务院对税收工作的高度重视和对税收事业发展的科学指导,拉开了税收管理领域既有重大现实意义又有深远历史意义的改革大幕,指明了税收服务党和国家工作大局的前进方向,必将引领我们开创税收现代化建设的崭新局面。
On October 13, 2015, the 17th meeting of the Leading Group for Overall Deepening Reform of the Central Government examined and passed the “Plan for Deepening the Reform of the State Taxation and Local Tax Collection and Administration System” (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”). Recently, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council formally printed out the “Proposal” and released it to the public, fully demonstrating the great importance the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach to tax work and the scientific guidance to the development of taxation business. Significant reform of reality with far-reaching historic significance, pointed out the direction for the advancement of the tax service party and the work of the state as a whole, and will surely guide us in creating a brand-new situation in tax revenue modernization.
