随着我国证券市场的蓬勃发展,证券内幕交易也屡屡发生。由于我国证券市场发展历史较短,再加上政府监管、居民认识等方面的欠缺,造成内幕交易频频发生,缺得不到相应的监管与惩戒,因此加强证券市场的内幕交易法律规制迫在眉睫。
With the vigorous development of the securities market in our country, the insider trading of securities also occurs frequently. Due to the short history of China’s securities market, coupled with the lack of government supervision and residents’ understanding, the insider trading is frequent and there is no corresponding supervision and punishment. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the legal regulation of the insider trading in the securities market.
