本文拟通过分析全球化时期灾难事件的特点以及在救灾工作中的问题,考察灾后废墟重建中的人性,以期对人类的生存状况及灾后重建工作有所警示和帮助。
This paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of disaster events in the globalization period and the problems in the relief work and examine the human nature in the reconstruction of the ruins after the disaster so as to give some warnings and help to the living condition and post-disaster reconstruction of human beings.
