现代白内障手术后虹膜脱出时有发生,虹膜脱出造成瞳孔移位使光轴改变,影响病人获得最佳视力。笔者对1995年3月～1997年4月期间我院和来我院就诊的18例显微白内障手术后虹膜脱出的患者进行病例分析,探讨预防措施。1 临床资料1 ·1 一般资料18例中男13例,女5例。年龄最小36岁,最大76岁,平均51岁。右眼10例,左眼8例,均为单眼。虹膜脱出时间:术后3天1例,术后7～10天6例,术后11～14天7例,15天以上1例,术式均为现代白内障囊外摘除术。且无一例人工晶体植入,后囊膜均完整,无玻璃体嵌置。

All the procedures were extracapsular extracapsular cataract extraction. And no case of artificial lens implantation, posterior capsule were intact, no vitreous inlay.
