该文将１９９６年８月～１９９８年８月２年间所作的４７例７１侧鼻腔鼻息肉摘除术为鼻息肉摘除组（Ⅰ）；以５１例上颌窦根治术及筛窦开放术为鼻窦手术组（Ⅱ）；４３例７３侧内窥镜鼻－鼻窦手术为内窥镜组（Ⅲ）。比较分析鼻－鼻窦常规手术与内窥镜手术的疗效，发现Ⅰ－Ⅲ，Ⅱ－Ⅲ组间显效率有显著性差异，并发现３组术腔上皮化率高，并发症少。强调指出内窥镜手术中钩突和额隐窝完全切除的重要性。
This article from August 1996 to August 1998 2 years 47 cases of nasal polyps removed nasal polyps group (Ⅰ); 51 cases of maxillary sinus radical mastectomy and ethmoid sinus surgery group (Ⅱ); 43 cases of 73 endoscopic sinus surgery for the endoscopic group (Ⅲ). Comparing the curative effect between conventional surgery and endoscopic surgery of nasal-sinus surgery, we found that there was a significant difference between the effective rates of Ⅰ-Ⅲ and Ⅱ-Ⅲ, and found that there were few complications in the three groups. Emphasized the importance of complete excision of the crocodile and frontal recess in endoscopic surgery.
