孙村煤矿是全国煤炭开采最深的矿井,是一座有百年开采历史的大型矿井,开采历史久远,历经6个水平,开采深度已达1 350 m。矿井进入深部开采后,制约安全生产的因素越来越多,造成了作业环境差、生产效率降低、成本高等问题,严重束缚了矿井的进一步发展。在种种困难面前,孙村煤矿将创新工作纳入矿井的长远发展规划,加大投入,强化科技攻关,解决了企业发展的一系列难题,提高了企业抗风险能力,促进矿井安全和谐发展。
