学术评价是以科学的标准衡量学术活动结果的价值.本文探讨了学术评价的要义和应该遵循的规则,介绍了学术评价的两种基本方式,即基于科学内容的学术评价和基于形式的学术评价,以及两种方式各自的特点及优缺点.综述了学术评价在欧美国家的现状及其面临的问题,分析了我国现有学术评价方式和存在的问题,提出了从基于形式为主的评价方式向基于科学内容为主的评价方式转变过程中应该遵循的一些规则和相应的制度建设问题,并就我国医学学术评价方式的转变和改进提出了建议.
Academic evaluation is the value of scientific results as a measure of academic performance.This paper discusses the meaning of academic evaluation and the rules that should be followed, and introduces two basic ways of academic evaluation: the academic evaluation based on scientific content and the academic evaluation based on form , As well as the respective characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.It summarizes the current situation and problems of academic evaluation in Europe and the United States, analyzes the existing academic evaluation methods and existing problems in our country, and puts forward some suggestions from the form-based evaluation methods Some rules and corresponding system construction problems that should be followed in the transition of evaluation methods based on scientific content are put forward.
