由中国寒冷地区冬季施工技术交流网和中国建筑学会迎筑施工学术委员会冬季施工专业委员会主持召开的1993年全国冬季施工会议于9月5日～11日在陕西省西安市召开。这次会议是由陕西省建设厅、陕西省建筑工程总公司、陕西省土木学会、陕西省冬施技术交流网与陕西省建筑科学研究设计院共同承办的。出席会议的有来自我国寒冷地区的13个省、市、自治区和冶金、电力、煤炭、铁路、交通、建材和建设系统的施工、管理部门和大专院校的代表142人。《施工技
The National Winter Construction Conference of 1993, chaired by the Winter Construction Technical Exchange Network in China’s Cold Area and the China Construction Society’s Welcome Construction Committee, was held on September 5-11 in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province. The conference was jointly organized by Shaanxi Provincial Department of Construction, Shaanxi Provincial Construction Engineering Corporation, Shaanxi Provincial Civil Engineering Society, Shaanxi Province Dongshi Technology Exchange Network and Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Architectural Science Research and Design.
