目的探讨中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减退症的效果。方法对57例患者分别采取中西医结合治疗和西医治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗组29名患者经治疗后总有效率为89.66%;对照组28名患者经治疗后总有效率为75.00%。治疗组的总有效率要高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减退症是一种值得大力推广的治疗方法,是彻底根治甲状腺功能减退的希望所在。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on hypothyroidism. Methods Fifty-seven patients were treated with Integrative Medicine and Western Medicine respectively and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of the 29 patients in the treatment group was 89.66% after treatment. The total effective rate in the control group of 28 patients after treatment was 75.00%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of hypothyroidism is a worthy promotion of treatment, is the hope to completely cure hypothyroidism.
