近些年来,老工业基地地区产业结构调整取得了一定成效,如高能耗行业所占比重降低,高新技术产业快速发展,装备制造业在工业中的地位得到强化等,但产业结构仍存在着较多的问题.今后,产业结构调整应遵循两条主线:一是谋求建立现代产业体系;二是通过高技术化和全球化提升产业竞争力.通过加快发展生产性服务业,积极培育战略性新兴产业和提升传统优势产业等措施来增强辽宁产业竞争力.“,”Adjustment of industrial structure in old industrial base has made great achievement in recent years.For example,the proportion of high-energy-consume Industry has reduced,and high-tech Industry is developing rapidly,and the status of equipment manufacturing is rising.But there are still some problems.The adjustment of Industrial structure shall follow two ways.Firstly,try to construct modern Industrial system.Secondly,improve competitiveness by high-tech development and globalization.Therefore,we should develop the producer service rapidly and upgrade the traditional Industry.
