目的:观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblastgrowthfactor,bFGF)对芥子气角膜损伤修复的促进作用。方法:新西兰白兔8只,用浓度为200mL/L的液态芥子气致伤双眼角膜5min,一眼为治疗组,用bFGF稀释液滴眼,6次/d,另一眼为对照组,用2.5g/L氯霉素眼液滴眼,6次/d,分别于染毒后2,8,16,24,36,48和72h对角膜荧光素着色区拍照,计算其上皮愈合速率和上皮破损率。结果:治疗组和对照组的角膜上皮愈合速率分别为1.276mm2/h和1.094mm2/h,两者差异显著(t=14.94,P<0.01);角膜上皮破损率分别为51.8%和68.0%,两者差异显著(χ2=11.81,P<0.01)。结论:碱性成纤维细胞生长因子能促进芥子气染毒引起的兔眼角膜损伤的上皮愈合。
Objective: To observe the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the repair of mustard gas corneal injury. Methods: Eight New Zealand white rabbits were inflicted with liquid mustard gas at a concentration of 200 mL / L for 5 min. One eye was treated with bFGF, the other was control group. The other group was 2.5 g / L chloramphenicol eye drops, 6 times / d, respectively, at 2,8,16,24,36,48 and 72h after exposure to corneal fluorescein staining area photographs, calculate the rate of epithelial healing and epithelial damage. Results: The healing rates of corneal epithelium in treatment group and control group were 1.276mm2 / h and 1.094mm2 / h, respectively (t = 14.94, P <0.01). The rates of corneal epithelial damage were 51.8% and 68.0% The difference was significant (χ2 = 11.81, P <0.01). Conclusion: Basic fibroblast growth factor can promote epithelial healing of rabbit corneal injury caused by mustard gas.
