In this study, grain yield traits and quality traits of Langdon1D (1A) and Langdon (Edmore-1B) and F2 derived lines with different endosperm protein components were determined for two wheat Duroc lines. The results showed that the yield traits and flour quality traits have significant differences between genotypes, but the grain N level was not significantly different. Based on size exclusion liquid chromatography, dough kneading time and peak resistance measurements, the quality parameters for all genotypes with Edmore gamma-45 bands such as SDS-sedimentation value, glutenin fraction (P1%), All increased; substitution lines with 1D / 1A chromosomes were more pronounced (2-fold). The genotypes containing both the 1D chromosome and the γ-45 gene outperformed the genotypes containing only the 1D or γ-45 genes. This shows that all quality traits except for the mixing parameters, peak resistance and damping recession have additive effects.
