在铁路等大功率牵引传动系统中,由于开关损耗和散热条件等因素的限制,逆变器的最高开关频率通常受到严格的限制,此时需要采用多模式调制技术。在分析现有24扇区空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)技术的基础上,提出了3种具有不同脉冲数的SVPWM同步调制策略,这些调制方法适用于两电平六相电压型逆变器供电的不对称双定子感应电机。通过对比分析3种调制策略的谐波特性,提出了一套适用于大功率牵引传动系统在低开关频率条件下的多模式SVPWM调制策略;同时,也提出了多模式调制的切换策略。通过仿真和实验,对提出的多模式SVPWM调制策略进行了验证,并实现了不同调制模式之间的平滑切换。
In high-power traction drive systems such as railways, the maximum switching frequency of the inverter is usually severely limited due to the factors such as switching losses and heat dissipation conditions. In this case, the multi-mode modulation technique is required. Based on the analysis of the existing space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique of 24 sectors, three SVPWM synchronous modulation strategies with different pulse numbers are proposed. These modulation methods are suitable for two-level six-phase voltage Asymmetric Two-stator Induction Motor Powered by Inverter. By comparing and analyzing the harmonic characteristics of the three modulation strategies, a multi-mode SVPWM modulation strategy suitable for high-power traction drive system under low switching frequency is proposed. Meanwhile, a multi-mode modulation switching strategy is also proposed. Through simulation and experiment, the proposed multi-mode SVPWM modulation strategy is verified, and the smooth switching between different modulation modes is achieved.
