Under the current background, classroom management in primary and secondary schools in our country has a long history of misunderstanding about the management model of “taking two heads with the middle”, which has affected the effectiveness and pertinence of the current class management under the new situation. Maslow, a humanistic psychologist, believes that the obstruction of the needs of human beings is morbid. The author believes that class management under the new form requires that the head teacher change roles and change from manager’s role to server’s role. Class teacher should actively create conditions to meet the needs of student growth and development. This article attempts to explore the new direction of class management, in order to provide a new way of thinking for “humanized class management.”
