通过与C/S模式系统的对比,显示出基于Web技术的B/S模式水库预报调度系统的优越性,阐明了系统技术原理和组成模式及功能,并运用当前应用广泛的VS.NET系列开发工具实现系统的设计,结合实例展示了系统的强大功能及在干旱区推广应用前景。
