从上世纪末到本世纪初,人口老龄化问题已经成为了一个世界性的话题。中国的人口老龄化近年来一直呈递增态势,预计今后的30年之内,中国65岁以上老龄人口比例将超过日本,成为全球人口老龄化问题最突出的国家。据统计,2015年江西省老年人口总量预计将超过650万,这些退休在家的老人们正在面对子女就业、工作压力和家庭生活压力增大的现实问题,有不少人把入住老年公寓作为首选的养老方式。在老年公寓中,行道空间环境作为完善老年公寓设计的一部分,是公共空间中非常重要和必不可少的一个环节。但与此同时,大部分老年公寓都忽略了对行道的设计。行道空间除具正常的基本功能外,还可以外延出其它的功能。
From the end of the last century to the beginning of this century, the issue of population aging has become a worldwide topic. China’s population aging has been increasing in recent years. It is estimated that in the next 30 years, the proportion of China’s population aged 65 and over will overtake Japan as the most prominent country in population aging in the world. According to statistics, the total number of elderly people in Jiangxi Province is expected to surpass 6.5 million in 2015. These retired people at home are facing the practical problems of their children’s employment, work pressure and family life pressure. Many people use elderly apartments as Preferred way of pension. In aged apartments, the sidewalk space environment is a very important and indispensable part of public spaces as part of the design of an aged apartment. In the meantime, however, most elderly apartments have overlooked the design of the walkways. Sidewalk space in addition to the normal basic functions, but also can be extended to other functions.
