本文结合高职教育及建筑行业的特点分析了建筑工程技术专业现行人才培养方案的不足,结合行业人才需求,从就业岗位分析出发,确立了本专业的人才培养目标,进而基于施工员职业标准,探讨专业人才培养方案构建的总体思路、具体方法及保障条件。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of higher vocational education and the construction industry, this paper analyzes the insufficiency of the present personnel training scheme of construction engineering technology specialty. Based on the demand of the industry talents, starting from the analysis of the employment position, this article establishes the goal of personnel training of this major. Based on the occupational standards of the construction workers, To explore the overall train of thought, specific methods and conditions for the construction of professional personnel training programs.
