我院采用接种牛痘苗治疗浅层点状角膜炎94例,现初步小结如下。一般资料共治疗94例,167只眼.其中男49例;女45例.年龄:10～21岁12例;21～56岁77例,3～4岁4例;62岁1例。发病诱因急性结膜炎后发病23例;感冒诱发11例;沙眼诱发13例;工作劳累或熬夜后发病者11例;原因不明者36例。发病时间 5个月者40例;7个月24例;1～2年19例;3～4年7例;7～11年4例.角膜检查萤光素染色后裂隙灯下检查,以表层大小不一、点状着色者128只眼,占首位;次为表层片状着色14只眼,好似角膜表层涂上一层萤光素液膜;团状着色17只眼;再次为面包屑状,其中间着色深浅不均,边缘不规则;比较少见者为念珠状着色,系针尖大小形似念珠状,长短、多少不等。
