1993年至1995年,全国纪检监察机关共立案查处违法违纪案件442322件,结案401385件,有415865人受到党纪政纪处分。 1995年受党纪政纪处分的县(处)级干部4880人,地(厅)级干部429人,省(邮)级干部24人。 1995年,全国检察系统共立察侦查贪污贿赂等犯罪案件63953件,立案侦查徇私舞弊,玩忽职守等犯罪案件19732件,查办犯有上述罪行的党政机关、行政执法机关、司法机关和经济管理部门工作人员12835人。全国法院系统审结经济犯罪案46386件。其中涉及县(处)级以上领导422人。
