随着高等教育教学改革的不断深入,对高等院校专业课程教学过程中如何深入到具体工作岗位的要求,国际贸易专业对国际商法的教学模式也在不的创新,由于国际商法是国际贸易专业的专业课程,是比较法课程其内容体系涉及其他国家法律法规、国际条约和国际惯例涉及面广而繁杂,故在高等院校对国际商法课程采用双语式教学势在必行。本文主要从对国际商法采用双语教学的必要性和可行性为基础,对教材和师资的选择及培养及教学方法的探讨中研究国际商法课程的开发。

Because international commercial law is the major of international trade Of the professional courses is comparative law course content system involves other countries laws and regulations, international treaties and international practice involves a wide range and complexity, so the use of bilingual teaching of international commercial law courses in universities is imperative. Based on the necessity and feasibility of using bilingual teaching in international commercial law, this paper studies the development of international commercial law course on the selection and cultivation of teaching materials and teachers and the discussion of teaching methods.
