一、“八五”铁路运输形势评析“八五”期间,我国铁路建设事业发展加快,是建国以来铁路建设资金投入最多的5年,共完成新线5900公里(其中复线1700公里,电气化1000公里),既有线复线3400公里,既有线电气化2200公里。铁路营业里程已达5.5万公里,复线率29.6%,电化率达18.3%。经过“八五”的建设发展,铁路运输能力有了较大提高,5年共完成货运量77.34亿吨,货物周转量59682亿吨公里,煤炭运量32.5亿吨,旅客周转量16628亿人公里,换算周转量76310亿吨公里。但从总体上看,铁路仍处于限制型运输,特别是大通道能力仍然严重不足。主要表现为:(1)运输负荷明显加大。“八五”铁路运输负荷已达2939万换算吨公里/公
I. Review of the Situation of the Eighth Five-Year-Plan of Railway Transport During the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the railway construction in our country accelerated its development. It was the largest railway construction fund invested in five years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, completing a total of 5,900 km of the new railway line (1,700 km of the second line and 1,000 km of electrification ), The existing double-track line 3400 km, the existing line 2200 km electrification. After the construction and development of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, the railway transport capacity has been greatly improved.
