使用相位多普勒分析仪PDA (PhaseDopplorAnalyzer)对模型燃烧室内的喷雾场进行了实验研究 ,测量了喷雾场不同工况下的喷雾特性 ,分析了喷雾压力和旋流器对喷雾场的影响 .证明喷嘴压力提高可以增大喷雾场中粒子速度、通量及降低平均直径 ;空气流则可以改变喷雾分布型 ,形成回流区并扩大喷雾场范围。
The Phase Doppler Analyzer PDA was used to study the spray field in the model combustion chamber. The spray characteristics under different operating conditions were measured and the influence of spray pressure and cyclone on the spray field was analyzed. Increasing the nozzle pressure increases the particle velocity, flux and average diameter in the spray field; the air flow changes the spray profile to create a recirculation zone and expand the spray field range.
