考察微波辐射对麦草浆漂白白度与黏度的影响。影响微波辐射漂白纸浆的因素有三项:微波辐射时间、辐射功率和次氯酸钠用量。当微波辐射功率为240W,辐射时间为2.5min,次氯酸钠用量为4.2%时,白度达61%ISO以上,纸浆黏度不低于630mL·g-1。此外,通过与水浴的对比实验,发现微波加热2min纸浆达到的白度相当于水浴加热70min,这对于节能是非常有意义的。
The effect of microwave radiation on bleaching whiteness and viscosity of wheat straw pulp was investigated. There are three factors affecting the bleaching pulping of microwave radiation: microwave irradiation time, radiant power and sodium hypochlorite dosage. When the microwave radiation power is 240W, the irradiation time is 2.5min and the amount of sodium hypochlorite is 4.2%, the whiteness is above 61% ISO and the pulp viscosity is not lower than 630mL · g-1. In addition, through the contrast experiment with water bath, we find that the whiteness reached by microwave heating 2min pulp is equivalent to 70min heating in water bath, which is very significant for energy saving.
