80年代以来,灰霉病已经成为番茄的重要病害之一,严重时损失30%以上.该病害危害期长,叶、花、幼果都可危害.近年来化学防治主要用多菌灵、甲基托布律和速克灵,但灰霉病对多菌灵和甲基托布津的抗性已经非常普遍.针对灰霉病对多菌灵、速克灵的抗性问题,本所混配出新型杀菌剂灰霉灵,以求解决灰霉病抗性.一、材料与方法本试验于1994年3月18日至4月12日,在上海闵行区华漕乡进行.药剂为:25%灰霉灵、50%日本进口速克灵.在大棚内选择3个小区,每个小区10行,共100棵.用药前、后各调查1次病情,每小区50棵.记载病叶严重度及所在节位,叶片严重度按5级划分.0级;不发病;1级:病斑占叶片的1/4以下;2级:病斑占叶片的1/4—1/2;3级:病斑占叶片的1/2—3/4;4级:病斑占叶片的3/4以上.灰霉灵以1:500倍喷雾,速克灵以1:1000倍喷雾,用药时间为3月21日和3月26日共2次.二、结果与分析(一)灰霉灵对病株发生的影响 经灰霉灵处理后病林发生率只有2%,与对照相比,防效达98%,说明灰霉灵可以有效地控制病害的水平传播.速克灵处理后其病株发生率与处理前没有很大差别,防效
