采用溶剂球磨分散法制备了四苯基卟啉 (H2 TPP) /二苯并咪唑 (Im-PTC)复合光生材料 ,用浸涂法将其制成功能分离型双层光导体 .采用光致释电法对其光电导性能进行测试 ,发现在 5 0 0 nm下 ,由质量分数 5 % H2 TPP/4 0 % Im-PTC复合光生材料制备的光导体的光敏性比单纯 4 0 %的 Im-PTC制备的光导体提高了 3.5倍 ,说明 H2 TPP对 Im-PTC有明显的敏化作用 .进一步研究了该复合材料的电子结构 ,结果表明 ,H2 TPP与 Im -PTC存在分子间的光致电荷转移 ,从而提高了电荷的光生和分离效率 ,增强了光导体的光敏性 .
(TPP) / Im-PTC composite photocatalyst was prepared by solvent milling and dispersion method, which was made into functional separation type double-layer photoconductor by dip coating method. The photoconductivity of the photoconductivity was tested by the charge-discharge method. It was found that the photoconductivity of the photoconductor prepared by 5% H2 TPP / 4 0% Im-PTC composite photogenerated material at 500 nm was lower than that of pure 40% -PTC prepared photoconductor increased by 3.5 times, indicating that H2 TPP on Im-PTC obvious sensitization.Further study of the electronic structure of the composite material, the results show that the presence of H2PTP and Im -PTC intermolecular photo-induced Charge transfer, thereby enhancing the photo-generated charge and separation efficiency, enhance the photoconductor photosensitivity.
