目的为进一步研究蜂胶提供参考。方法采用GC-MS分别分析比较河南产蜂胶和山东产蜂胶乙醚提取物的化学成分。结果分别检出河南产蜂胶主要成分58个、山东产的主要成分42个。结论产地可显著影响蜂胶中挥发性成分的种类及含量。
Objective To provide a reference for further research on propolis. Methods The chemical constituents of the ether extract from Henan propolis and Shandong propolis were analyzed by GC-MS. Results The main components of Henan propolis were detected in 58, 42 of the main components of Shandong. Conclusion Origin can significantly affect the type and content of volatile components in propolis.
