目的:了解骨瘤胶囊治疗骨转移瘤的作用机理。方法:(1)给小鼠腋下接种S180肉瘤后,用骨瘤胶囊(水溶解)灌胃,观察骨瘤胶囊对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑瘤作用。(2)以热板法和扭体法观察骨瘤胶囊对小鼠的镇痛作用。(3)检测钮体模型小鼠用药前后的血清一氧化氮(NO)及前列腺素E2(PGF2)浓度,以了解骨瘤胶囊的镇痛作用机理。结果:骨瘤胶囊对小鼠S180肉瘤具有明显抑瘤作用;对致痛小鼠具有显著镇痛作用,能明显降低致痛小鼠血清NO及PGF2含量。结论:抗肿瘤作用及麻醉镇痛、抗炎镇痛作用可能是骨瘤胶囊治疗骨转移瘤的主要作用机理。
Objective: To understand the mechanism of bone tumor capsule treatment of bone metastases. Methods: (1) Mice were inoculated subcutaneously with sarcoma S180 and intragastrically gavage capsule (water-soluble) to observe the anti-tumor effect of osteoma capsule on S180 sarcoma. (2) To observe the analgesic effect of Osteoma capsule on mice by hot plate method and writhing method. (3) To detect the concentrations of nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E2 (PGF2) before and after treatment in button knob model mice to understand the mechanism of analgesic effect of Guanyu capsule. Results: Guanyu capsule had obvious anti-tumor effect on S180 sarcoma in mice; it had significant analgesic effect on pain-induced mice and could significantly reduce the serum NO and PGF2 levels in induced pain mice. Conclusion: The anti-tumor effect and analgesic and analgesic effect of anti-inflammatory and analgesic may be the main mechanism of Osteoma capsule treatment of bone metastases.
