用黄金电极阳极溶出伏安法测硒已有不少文献报道。该法测试仪器价廉易得,方法灵敏度为0.0004μg/mL。硒浓度在4×10~(-10)~5×10~(-8)g/mL范围内,在固定操作条件下呈良好的线性关系,结果准确性好。我们用该法对200份人发进行硒含量测定。实验表明,人发中硒含量甚微、干扰因素多。我们对该法的操作步骤和条件进行了反复实验,认为如按本文提示的条件操作,可获得满意的实验结果。
Selenium has been reported in the literature by gold electrode anodic stripping voltammetry. The method test instrument is cheap and easy, the sensitivity of the method is 0.0004μg / mL. The concentration of selenium in the range of 4 × 10 -10 -5 × 10 -8 g / mL showed a good linear relationship under the conditions of fixed operation, and the accuracy of the results was good. We use this method to determine the selenium content of 200 human hair. Experiments show that human hair in little selenium content, interference factors. We conducted a series of experiments on the procedure and conditions of this law. We think that if we operate according to the conditions suggested in this paper, we can get satisfactory results.
