增加加强标签管理种子生产经营者对标注内容的真实性和种子质量负责。种子使用者因种子质量问题或者因种子的标签和使用说明标注的内容不真实,遭受损失的,种子使用者可以要求。(新《种子法》第四十一条、第四十六条)
Increase and Strengthen Label Management Seed producers and operators are responsible for the authenticity of the content of the labeling and seed quality. If the seed user is untrue due to the seed quality problem or the content of the seed label and instructions for use is damaged, the seed user may request it. (Article 41 and Article 46 of the New Seeds Act)
