在企业经营和管理中,政工管理是组织人事与思想政治教育相结合的一项工作,它的良好运行能够有效促进企业的发展,因此,在企业的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。然而随着当前社会的不断发展和进步,社会对企业管理的要求越来越高,邮政局也不例外。因此,邮政局在政工管理中要制定严密的管理体系来适应新形式的变化。本文将会对邮政局政工管理方式的创新提出几点意见。
In business management and management, political management is a combination of personnel and ideological and political education, and its good operation can effectively promote the development of enterprises. Therefore, it plays an important role in the development of enterprises. However, with the continuous development and progress of the current society, the social requirements for business management are getting higher and higher, and the post office is no exception. Therefore, the post office in political management should develop a strict management system to adapt to new forms of change. This article will make some comments on the innovation of the post office’s political and management methods.
