一、小梁切除术降眼压机制: 小梁切除术的降眼压机制,有人认为本手术乃切除包含Schlemm管在内的一部分小梁网,使房水直接与该管断端相接触,房水经该管断端进入此管内循环,再进入集合管流出眼外。然而,从物理学角度来说,以上解释并无道理,因该管内的任何一点和另一点之间,几乎没有压差,而无压差处液体是不能流动的。其后的研究认为,小梁切除术的降眼压机制在于房水通过手术的巩膜创口,流出到结膜下组织而被吸收。
