工件热处理前后的清洗除油是一道重要工序,现在使用较多的是汽油、煤油、苯、三氯乙烯、全氯乙烯等,或用合成洗涤剂、表面活性剂、氢氧化钠和碳酸钠配制的各种水溶液等,也有用电解法去油的。上述去油法的缺点是,作业条件差,环境污染、油料消耗大、成本较高,有时货源供应上也有困难。最近,我们试用乳化剂OP配制的水溶液,用于发黑、淬火、感应加热、化学热处理中气体软氮化、碳氮共渗的产品清洗除油,取得一定效果,现介绍如下一、乳化剂OP的物理和化学性能
