随着市场经济的不断发展,我国的工程施工企业的水平也在不断提升。而内部控制作为企业自身生存和发展的关键一环,其对企业能否在市场中站稳脚跟提升效益至关重要。但客观来看,当前不少工程施工企业在内部控制的过程中仍然存在一些亟待改进的问题,如缺乏风险防范意识、内部控制机制不健全、信息化手段应用不够等,这对于工程施工企业的可持续发展是非常不利的。本文立足于当前工程施工企业的内部控制现状,对工程施工企业内部控制中存在的常见问题进行了分析,并依据实际情况针对存在的问题提出建议。
With the continuous development of market economy, the level of China’s construction enterprises is also rising. Objectively speaking, at present, many construction enterprises still have some problems to be improved urgently in the process of internal control, such as the lack of awareness of risk prevention, the imperfect internal control mechanism and the inadequate application of information technology. Based on the current status of internal control of construction enterprises, this article analyzes the common problems existing in the internal control of construction enterprises and puts forward some suggestions according to the actual conditions.
