目的探讨囊性纤维化跨膜传导调节因子(CFTR)在人高、低分化肺鳞癌组织中的表达,及其与癌细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测27例鳞癌组织中CFTR的表达,TUNEL法检测肺鳞癌细胞凋亡率。结果人高分化鳞癌细胞的CFTR阳性产物平均光密度(1169.22±42.61)显著高于低分化鳞癌的平均光密度(1047.89±20.62,<0.05),且高分化癌细胞直径(32.36±1.12)μm显著高于低分化癌细胞直径(21.42±0.97)μm(<0.01)。高分化鳞癌组织的凋亡率(12.04±2.36)%显著高于低分化鳞癌组织的凋亡率(7.74±1.03)%(<0.01)。凋亡率与表达CFTR的鳞癌细胞平均光密度呈正相关(r=0.619,<0.01)。结论 CFTR的高表达与肺鳞癌细胞的凋亡呈正相关,可能促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。PPPP
Objective To investigate the expression of cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) in human high and poorly differentiated lung squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with cancer cell apoptosis. Methods The expression of CFTR in 27 cases of squamous cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The apoptosis rate of lung squamous cell carcinoma was detected by TUNEL method. Results The average optical density of CFTR-positive cells (1169.22 ± 42.61) in well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (1047.89 ± 20.62, <0.05), and the well-differentiated carcinoma cell diameter was 32.36 ± 1.12 μm was significantly higher than that of poorly differentiated carcinoma cells (21.42 ± 0.97) μm (P <0.01). The apoptotic rate of well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (12.04 ± 2.36)% was significantly higher than that of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (7.74 ± 1.03)% (P0.01). The apoptotic rate was positively correlated with the average optical density of CFTR-expressing squamous cell carcinoma (r = 0.619, <0.01). Conclusion The high expression of CFTR is positively correlated with the apoptosis of lung squamous cell carcinoma, which may promote the apoptosis of tumor cells. PPPP
