上海市民政系统以十五届四中全会关于国有资本从小企业退出的方针为指南,坚持发展与调整并举,研究并实践市属福利企业中弱势企业市场退出机制,以退出机制创新的优势,引导和推动市属福利企业持续发展。本文从财务战略角度,分析论证市属福利企业上海三智汽配实业有限公司下属弱势子公司所采用的市场退出机制及其积极成果,希望能对这一重要课题的研究提供一定的启示。
