非磁性材料抽油杆裂纹的涡流在线检测方法

将涡流探伤法应用于非磁性抽油杆的裂纹检测。根据表克斯韦电磁场理论,用有限元法计算了非磁性抽油杆涡流探伤中裂纹对涡流场和检测探头阻抗的影响,提出以探头阻抗的相位分量作为测量裂纹的原始伤变量,在此基础上研制了一套用于在线检测非磁性抽油杆上裂纹的涡流传感器及其检测电路,实验表明,该系统灵敏度高,速度快,抗干扰性好,工作稳定可靠。
