企业集团作为一种新型的企业组织形式,对我们是一种新事物。因此,研究其组织结构及管理运行特点,对正确认识企业集团这种经济组织形式,促进其健康发展具有十分重要的意义。本文拟就企业集团的发展由来和我国企业集团的发展情况作一些概要的介绍。
As a new form of corporate organization, enterprise groups are new to us. Therefore, the study of its organizational structure and its characteristics of management and operation is of great significance to the correct understanding of the economic organization of the enterprise group and the promotion of its healthy development. This article is intended to give an overview of the origin of the development of enterprise groups and the development of China’s enterprise groups.
