在中国文学批评史上,扬雄继荀子之后提出“明道”论。在扬雄的文学思想中,明道、宗圣、尊经是三位一体的,其“道”是指“天道”或“天地之道”。扬雄与刘勰在论文上有深度的契合,他们皆依孔圣立言,而且后者常以前者之观点为论文之准绳,二者在文学思想上有明显的渊源关系。刘勰论文重“原道”,其“道”既是天地之道或自然之道,亦是儒家之道,三者异名而同义,并无根本之冲突,其理论渊源正是扬雄的“明道”论。扬雄、刘勰的“明道”论,是儒家思想尚未教条化之前的创建,是关于文学本体意义之建构,与儒家思想教条化后的道学家创建的“载道”论有本质上的不同。“,”In China’s literary criticism history,following Xun zi,Yang Xiong proposed the“Bright May”. Their“Bright May”was proposed before Confucianism was made doctrines,and was about the ontological significance of literature,different in nature from the“May Carrying”formed after Confucianism was made doctrines.
