施欣,1966年生,1994年获上海交通大学工学博士学位。曾先后在复旦大学和荷兰Erasmus大学从事博士后研究。先后荣获了全国交通青年科技英才、全国交通系统优秀教师、全国“霍英东基金会”优秀青年教师奖(科研类)、上海市育才奖、“上海市优秀专业技术人才”、上海市优秀曙光学者等荣誉称号。2004年入选“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。现为上海海事大学交通运输学院院长、教授、交通运输规划与管理专业博士生导师,兼任中国交通运输协会理事及青年工作委员会秘书长,教育部
Shi Xin, born in 1966, received his Ph.D. in engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1994. He worked in postdoctoral research at Fudan University and Erasmus University in the Netherlands. Has won the national transport youth science and technology excellence, excellent teachers in the national transportation system, the national “Fok Ying Tung Foundation ” Outstanding Young Teachers Award (research), Shanghai Yucai Award, “Shanghai outstanding professional and technical personnel ”, Shanghai Outstanding Shuguang scholars such as the honorary title. In 2004 was selected “New Century Talents Project ” national candidate. He is currently the dean and professor of the School of Transportation and Transportation of Shanghai Maritime University, the doctoral tutor of transportation planning and management, and the director of the China Transportation Association and Secretary General of the Youth Work Committee.
