目的:探讨护理标识在神经外科重症监护室中的应用效果。方法:选取我院神经外科护理标识实施前2015年7月~2016年6月重症监护室接收的病人60例作为对照组,另选取神经外科护理标识实施后2016年7月~2017年6月重症监护室接收的病人60例作为干预组,比较护理标识实施前后的护理差错、护理投诉发生率及护理满意率。结果:实施护理标识后,干预组的护理差错发生率为5%,明显低于对照组的25%,干预组的护理投诉率为0%,而对照组的护理投诉率则有11.67%,干预组护理满意率为98.3%,明显高于对照组的85%,各差异经比较,P值皆小于0.05。结论:对神经外科重症监护室规范护理标识管理后,可以显著降低护理差错事件的发生,避免护理投诉的出现,保证护患关系的和谐。
Objective: To explore the effect of nursing label in neurosurgical intensive care unit. Methods: Before the implementation of neurosurgery nursing signs in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016, 60 patients admitted to the ICU were selected as the control group, and the neurosurgical nursing signs were selected after July 2016 to June 2017 60 patients received in the care unit as the intervention group, nursing care errors were compared before and after the implementation of nursing marks, the incidence of nursing complaints and nursing satisfaction rate. Results: After the nursing sign was implemented, the incidence of nursing errors in the intervention group was 5%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group, 0% in the intervention group and 11.67% in the control group. Intervention Group nursing satisfaction rate was 98.3%, significantly higher than 85% of the control group, the differences were compared, P values ?? were less than 0.05. Conclusion: The management of standardized nursing identification in neurosurgical intensive care unit can significantly reduce the occurrence of nursing errors, avoid the emergence of nursing complaints, and ensure the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
