Objective To investigate the effects of artificial gravity combined exercise training on cardiovascular dysfunction induced by short-term simulated weightlessness by using the head-lying bed simulated weightlessness model. Methods Twelve male subjects were randomly divided into two groups: control group and antagonist group. In the control group, only the 4 d head-low bed rest was performed. In the confrontation group, a 1 h gradient (1 ~ 2 G) artificial gravity combined 40 W exercise exercise was performed daily in the bed with the SAC-Ⅱ short arm centrifuge. All subjects before and after bed position stand stamina, cardiac pumping and systolic function, maximum workload (PWC170), 腘 vein compliance test. Results Compared with those before bedtime, PWC170 decreased significantly (P <0.05) and the cross-sectional area and compliance of venous plexus increased significantly (P <0.05). Confrontation group parameters in the bed before and after no significant change. CONCLUSIONS: 4 d low bed rest may lead to a decrease in cardiac pumping and contractile function, a decrease in exercise tolerance and a significant increase in venous compliance of the lower extremities. Gradient (1 ~ 2 G) daily artificial gravity combined with 40 W exercise can effectively maintain cardiac pump blood flow and systolic function, exercise tolerance and venous compliance during head-lying ambulation.
