目的:制备和分析野生核桃楸树皮水提物中的黄酮类成分。方法:采用碱溶酸沉法提取核桃楸树皮水提物中的黄酮类化合物,硅胶柱层析法进行分离纯化,采用液相色谱-质谱法(liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,LC-MS)检测黄酮类化合物的成分。结果:由色谱图可以看出,保留时间为4.235s和4.955s时物质的相对含量为62.00%和10.63%,为该黄酮类提取物的2个主要成分。由质谱图可以推断,其含有的主要成分为甲氧基黄酮和柚皮素。结论:液相色谱-质谱法对于快速分析野生核桃楸树皮水提物中的黄酮类活性成分具有可行性。
Objective: To prepare and analyze the flavonoids in the water extract of wild bark of Juglans mandshurica. Methods: The flavonoids from the aqueous extract of Juglans mandshurica Bark were extracted by alkali-soluble acid precipitation and purified by silica gel column chromatography. The compounds were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) Composition of flavonoids. Results: It can be seen from the chromatogram that the relative contents of the substances at the retention times of 4.235s and 4.955s are 62.00% and 10.63%, respectively, and are the two main components of the flavonoid extract. It can be inferred from the mass spectrum that the main components contained are methoxyflavone and naringenin. Conclusion: Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry is feasible for the rapid analysis of the flavonoids in the water extract of wild Juglans mandshurica.
