校本教研,就是学校根据自身发展需要,主要依托学校现有资源或优势,为解决本校及本校教师在教学及发展过程中的问题而开展的研究,是教师专业化发展的有效途径。但许多学校在校本教研上存在一些问题,具体表现在:教师问题意识差,自主参与不积极、交流对话少;内容偏重于理论层面、关注宏观,没能很好地指导实践;教研活动形式传统、单一和僵化等。
