目的:探讨女性妊娠期常见口腔急症的病因、临床特点、治疗原则和预防措施。方法:通过对264例妊娠期口腔急症病例的病因、临床表现、治疗特点进行分类统计,分析其发病原因和临床特点,提出治疗原则。结果:妊娠期女性口腔急症的发生与其特殊时期有相关性。结论:女性妊娠前口腔基础疾病的存在;妊娠期肌体内环境和体型、体重及心理的变化是妊娠期口腔急症发作和治疗棘手的主要原因。
Objective: To investigate the etiology, clinical features, treatment principles and preventive measures of common oral emergency in female during gestation. Methods: The causes, clinical manifestations and treatment characteristics of 264 cases of oral emergency during pregnancy were classified and analyzed. The causes and clinical features were analyzed, and the principle of treatment was proposed. Results: The incidence of oral emergency in pregnant women was correlated with their special period. Conclusion: The existence of oral basic diseases before pregnancy in pregnant women, and the changes of body environment, body shape, body weight and psychology in pregnancy are the main causes of the onset and treatment of oral emergency in pregnancy.
