为油茶嫁接壮苗的培育提供参考,在油茶种苗标准化繁殖试验基地采用定株观察方法对1年生油茶嫁接苗的苗高、地径、鲜重和干重变化规律进行连续观测。结果表明:1年生油茶嫁接苗的苗高、地径、鲜重和干重均呈慢-快-慢S型曲线变化趋势,且4—6月为缓慢生长初期、7—11月为快速生长期、12月至翌年3月为缓慢生长末期。嫁接苗生长1年的地径为0.48cm,苗高为41.45cm,鲜重为36.90g,干重为10.75g,地上部鲜重为24.30g,地下部鲜重为12.6g,地上部干重为7.34g,地下部干重为3.41g。地径、苗高与生长时间呈幂函数关系,地径与苗高生长的一元线性回归方程为y=74.715x+5.344 2,相关系数R~2=0.999 2,相关性达极显著。
The results showed that the seedling height, diameter, fresh weight and dry weight of the grafted seedlings of one-year-old Camellia oleifera were continuously observed in the standard breeding test base of camellia seedlings. The results showed that the seedling height, root diameter, fresh weight and dry weight of grafted seedlings of 1-year-old Camellia oleifera showed a trend of slow-fast-slow S-curve and slow growth from April to June and from 7 to November Period, December to March the following year as the slow growth of the end. Grafted seedlings grew one year after the ground diameter of 0.48cm, seedling height of 41.45cm, fresh weight of 36.90g, dry weight of 10.75g, above ground fresh weight of 24.30g, the fresh weight of 12.6g, above ground dry weight Is 7.34g, and the dry weight of the ground is 3.41g. The linear regression equation between root diameter and seedling height was y = 74.715x + 5.344 2, correlation coefficient R ~ 2 = 0.999 2, the correlation was significant.
