(1)先头部队——海事卫星海事卫星在应急通信中的应用非常频繁,从第一次海湾战争期间至今,成为了新闻报道“常规”装备,是必不可少的应急通信手段。海事卫星可实现全球覆盖,方便特殊地区和条件下的通信。具有体积轻巧、携带方便、终端体积最小、操作简单、信号稳定等特点。应急通信系统中应考虑将海事卫星作为重要配置使用。海事卫星可以满足一些带宽需求不高的业务,如语音通信、E-mail、低码流视频、Internet访问等。
(1) Forerunner-Maritime Satellite The maritime satellite has been used frequently in emergency communications. Since the first Gulf War, it has become a news report “conventional ” equipment and is an indispensable means of emergency communications. Marine satellites enable global coverage and facilitate communications in special areas and conditions. With a lightweight, easy to carry, the smallest terminal size, simple operation, signal stability and so on. Emergency communications systems should consider the use of maritime satellites as an important configuration. Maritime satellites can meet some services with low bandwidth requirements, such as voice communications, E-mail, low-stream video, Internet access and so on.
