兰花是原产我国的兰科植物,其芳香的花和优美的叶均有较高的观赏价值。但在栽培中,兰花常受各种病菌危害,尤其是兰花炭疽菌〔Colletotrichum orchiderum A〕对叶的危害,严重影响了它的观赏价值和外贸出口。本试验选择六种杀菌剂对兰花炭疽菌进行了室内药效试验和室外药效观察。一、材料与方法取退菌特、多菌灵、炭疽福美、甲基托布津、代森锰锌和DTMz分别配制成1:500、1:1000和1:1500的PDA平板培养基。将经过验证的0.5cm兰花炭疽菌菌丝块接种于培养皿内的上述培养基上,并以清水作对照,共做五个重复。在28℃恒温箱中保湿培养,九天后测量菌落直径。同时,在兰花炭疽病发病期分别以上述六种杀菌剂作田间防治试验,并观察效果。二、结果与讨论将室内药效试验得出的结果整理后进
Orchid is the native orchid plant in China, its fragrant flowers and beautiful leaves have a higher ornamental value.
