目的:通过观察中药配合西药治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效,探索治疗急性胰腺炎的最佳方案。方法:将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予自拟桃红承气汤配合西药,对照组采用纯西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组为83.33%,两组比较(P<0.05)差异显著。结论:中药配合西药治疗急性胰腺炎主要症状改善情况、临床疗效、住院时间等均优于对照组。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and explore the best plan for the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with western medicine, while the control group was treated with pure western medicine. Results: The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The improvement of the main symptoms of acute pancreatitis treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine is better than the control group in terms of clinical curative effect and hospital stay.
