在寒冷地区,必须解决在天然气矿场加工装置中以及气体集输管路中防止水化物生成的这一工业问题。以苏联为例,每年仅采气工业用于防止水化物生成所消耗的醇高达7万t以上。因此,围绕天然气水化物的结构,组成、性态和其生成条件的确定,以及为防止水化物生成,消除输气及气体加工装置堵塞使用抑制剂的研究。关于利用天然气与水化合生成水化物这一特定性质的工业应用研究,也巳取得一系列成果。这包括:少量的海水淡化、天然气的贮藏与分离、增压以及高温烟雾的消除等等。本讲座仅就上述各方面问题逐一简要叙述。
In cold regions, this industrial problem of preventing the formation of hydrates in gas processing plants and gas gathering pipelines must be addressed. In the case of the Soviet Union, only the gas-bearing industry is used annually to prevent the consumption of hydrates of up to 70,000 tons of alcohol. Therefore, the study focused on the structure, composition, properties and formation conditions of natural gas hydrate, as well as the use of inhibitors to prevent hydrate formation and eliminate the blockage of gas transmission and gas processing plants. A series of achievements have also been made on the industrial application research on the specific nature of using hydrates and hydrates to form hydrates. This includes: a small amount of desalination, natural gas storage and separation, pressurization and the elimination of high-temperature smoke and so on. This talk is a brief account of each of the above issues.
